Since 2001, we have successfully reduced property valuations for our Clients by more than $100 million dollars! As a regionally focused company, our knowledge of property valuations throughout the southeast and constant review of changing market conditions enable us to aggressively search for ways to minimize our Client's assessed property valuations.
